The twin room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was warm with balcony.

I would be happy to recommend it as I liked this hotel. Everything is good here, had a comfortable stay for one night. The location is marvellous, just a short stroll away from Arenal Beach. It's in the lovely area right by the beach 

Impeccably clean accommodation, really helpful and very efficient staff with good customer service. The location unbeatable and magnificent by return taxi. And near to all the bars and restaurants and old town and port 

I have stayed in the twin room with comfortable bed.

Lovely view of sea, reasonably large & warm room. Extremely friendly and efficient staff, very quick check in.

The property was nice, I can't recommend highly enough!

The rooms turned out to be new-fashioned and spotless with balcony, comfortable bed and WiFi. Its location to the restaurants of the Port which are lovely was great and brilliant.

The place was fairly clean with a courteous and nice staff with good customer service. The location was great - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Javea Beach district was worth staying in.  

The hotel is perfectly situated for beach lovers, as it is located right across from the beach and on the Arenal. Guests can enjoy the convenience of being so near the beach and having easy access to all the 

price+location

There is no convient car parking, there is a large car park to the rear but for the staff only (even with torential weather and the fact you are disabled). If you feel the need to walk approx. 400 metres to park your car in a public place (middle of the town) over night, the staff will tell you to. Staff were very un helpful.

Was a holiday base for trip. Immaculately clean place and helpful staff, appreciated ideal and convenient location. Warm and new-fashioned rooms, the views over the bay were magnificent.

The hotel's location is very good, right opposite the beach, restaurants and shops of Arunel beach at Javea. Decent if somewhat basic breakfast buffet. Convenient and free parking. The desk staff were excellent.
